Information Systems & AI Automation Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Information Systems & AI Automation Manager to lead the evolution of our internal systems, business applications, and AI-powered automation initiatives.

This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in shaping how technology enables the business. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency, optimize processes, integrate systems, and leverage AI to create smarter ways of working.

The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, combining strong technical expertise with a deep understanding of business processes and a passion for innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Information Systems Management

  • Own and manage the company's internal business systems, SaaS platforms, and operational tools.
  • Lead the implementation, configuration, integration, and continuous improvement of business applications.
  • Ensure system reliability, user access management, data integrity, and operational excellence.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to align systems with evolving business needs.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify technology stacks, enhance data quality, and improve system efficiency.

AI & Business Process Automation

  • Drive the organization's AI and automation strategy by identifying high-impact opportunities across business functions.
  • Design, build, and maintain automated workflows using platforms such as n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar tools.
  • Implement AI-powered solutions using leading LLM technologies including OpenAI, Claude, and related AI platforms.
  • Develop intelligent agents, assistants, and workflow automations to support business operations.
  • Integrate business systems through APIs, webhooks, and automation frameworks.
  • Automate repetitive and manual processes across departments including Operations, Finance, HR, Customer Success, and Sales.
  • Monitor, measure, and optimize automation initiatives based on efficiency gains, cost savings, quality improvements, and business impact.

Systems Integration & Data Management

  • Build and maintain integrations across internal and external platforms using APIs and modern integration technologies.
  • Work with structured and unstructured data to support automation and AI-driven initiatives.
  • Ensure proper governance, security, privacy, and compliance standards are maintained across systems and AI implementations.
  • Troubleshoot and continuously improve system integrations and workflow reliability.
  • Maintain clear documentation of system architecture, integrations, and automation processes.

Business Partnership & Project Leadership

  • Collaborate directly with business leaders to understand challenges, define requirements, and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
  • Lead technology and automation projects end-to-end, from discovery and design through implementation, testing, deployment, and support.
  • Help drive AI adoption across the organization by enabling teams and promoting best practices.
  • Remain up to date with emerging technologies, AI capabilities, automation tools, and industry trends.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Information Systems, Business Applications, Systems Integration, Automation, or a related technical role.
  • Proven experience implementing business process automation and integrating multiple business systems.
  • Hands-on experience with automation platforms such as n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar solutions.
  • Experience building AI-powered workflows and working with LLM APIs.
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, authentication mechanisms, and system integrations.
  • Experience working with SaaS platforms and enterprise business applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a business-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to independently lead projects from concept to production.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent English and Hebrew.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience building AI agents and multi-step autonomous workflows.
  • Basic development skills in Python and/or JavaScript for custom integrations and automations.
  • Experience with CRM, ERP, HR, Finance, or Customer Support platforms.
  • Familiarity with data analytics, reporting tools, and business intelligence platforms.
  • Experience working in a fast-growing technology, SaaS, HealthTech, or digital product environment.
